While this gathering honors Travis’ legacy, everyone is welcome, whether you knew him personally or simply want to be part of an unforgettable experience centered around connection, friendship, and adventure.

Day One

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin reconnecting with those around us.

Arrive & Meet

Celebration of Life LCR Pirate Reunion/Welcome Party

Our first evening together will feature a themed Pirate Party and Celebration of Life gathering.

Highlights include:

Day  Two

After a relaxing breakfast overlooking the Caribbean, we’ll spend the day doing what Travis loved most—bringing people together through fun, laughter, and a little friendly competition.

🏖️ Beach & Pool Time
Spend the day soaking up the beauty of Riviera Maya. Whether you prefer relaxing on the beach, floating in the pool, joining a game of volleyball, or enjoying a drink at the swim-up bar, the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

🎯 Team Games & Challenges
In the afternoon, we’ll divide into teams for a series of fun, lighthearted challenges designed to spark laughter, conversation, and new friendships. Expect a mix of beach games, scavenger hunts, team competitions, and surprises along the way. No athletic ability required, just a willingness to have fun and connect with others.

🍹 Sunset Social Hour
As the sun begins to set, gather with the group to share stories, celebrate victories, and enjoy another beautiful evening in paradise.

🍽️ Group Dinners
We’ll wrap up the day with a group dinner, great conversation, and plenty of opportunities to continue building the friendships and community that Travis valued so deeply.

Sea Turtles & Cenotes

Day  Three

Today we will venture beyond the resort to experience some of the natural wonders that make the Riviera Maya so unforgettable. From swimming alongside sea turtles in the crystal-clear waters of Akumal to exploring ancient cenotes hidden beneath the jungle canopy, this day is all about adventure, discovery, and creating memories together.

💪 Morning Group Workout
We’ll kick off the day with an optional group workout overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or simply looking to get your body moving before the day’s adventures, this fun and energizing session is a great way to start the morning together.

🍳 Breakfast at the Resort
After the workout, enjoy a delicious breakfast before we head out for one of the most anticipated experiences of the trip. Fuel up with fresh tropical fruit, local favorites, and plenty of coffee as excitement builds for the adventures ahead.

🐢 Swim with Sea Turtles in Akumal
Our first stop is the beautiful coastal town of Akumal, known for its calm turquoise waters and thriving sea turtle population. Snorkel alongside these incredible creatures in their natural habitat while surrounded by colorful fish and the stunning Caribbean Sea. It’s a truly magical experience and one you’ll remember long after the trip is over.

💦 Cenote Exploration
Next, we’ll journey inland to discover some of the Riviera Maya’s famous cenotes, natural freshwater pools formed thousands of years ago. Swim in crystal-clear water, marvel at rock formations, and experience the beauty and tranquility of these hidden gems. Depending on our group and timing, we’ll visit one or two unique cenotes, each offering its own unforgettable atmosphere.

📸 Adventure, Laughter & Connection
Throughout the day, there will be plenty of opportunities for photos, shared experiences, and the kind of spontaneous moments that often become the stories we tell for years to come.

🍹 Return to the Resort
After a day of exploration, we’ll return to the resort where you can relax by the pool, grab a drink, enjoy the beach, or simply unwind before dinner.

🌅 Evening at Leisure
The evening is yours to enjoy. Join friends for dinner, catch a sunset walk along the beach, enjoy the resort’s entertainment, or simply soak in another beautiful night in paradise.

Play, Relax & Celebrate

Day  Four

As our time together begins to wind down, Day 4 is all about enjoying the things that bring us together-play, relaxation, friendly competition, and celebrating the memories we’ve created throughout the week.

🏓 Morning Pickleball for All Skill Levels
We’ll start the day on the courts with a fun and welcoming pickleball session open to everyone, from first-time players to seasoned competitors. Whether you’re learning the basics or looking for a few competitive rallies, the goal is simple: have fun, stay active, and enjoy time together.

🍳 Breakfast Together
After pickleball, gather for breakfast and share stories from the week’s adventures while fueling up for another beautiful day in paradise.

🏖️ Beach, Pool & Spa Time
The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy however you choose. Relax by the pool, sink your toes into the white sand beach, float in the Caribbean waters, or indulge in a spa treatment. This is the perfect opportunity to slow down, recharge, and soak in the beauty of Riviera Maya one last time.

💆 Relaxation & Connection
Whether you’re enjoying a massage, lounging under a palm tree, exploring the resort, or sharing conversations with new friends, these quieter moments often become some of the most meaningful memories of the trip.

🍽️ Final Team Challenge & Celebration Dinner
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for our final evening together for a special celebration dinner. Teams will compete in one last lighthearted challenge as we crown our champions and reflect on an incredible week of friendship, adventure, and connection.

Throughout dinner, we’ll relive the week’s best moments with a special highlight video featuring memories from the pirate party, beach games, sea turtles, cenotes, pickleball, and all the unforgettable experiences we’ve shared together.

Following dinner, enjoy one of the resort’s evening entertainment shows as we celebrate our final night together with laughter, music, and plenty of memories.

While every great adventure must eventually come to an end, the friendships, memories, and connections created throughout this week will continue on just like Travis’ spirit and legacy. The greatest tribute to Travis is not simply remembering him, but continuing to live out the values he embodied: friendship, adventure, generosity, and connection.

  • Your deposit secures your spot for this trip. It is non-refundable. Your final payment will be due 60 days prior to the trip start date.

  • You may choose to vacation longer. You van add pre or post nights for an additional $320 per night, per room ($160 per person).
